Armstrong Builders, Inc.

Tom Armstrong did one project for us in 2016/17 and one project that is ongoing at the moment 2019/20. I selected Armstrong Builders, Inc. for our first project after reviewing his credentials, reviews and after comparing his bid to other bids. Our first project was a remodel of a 1932 cottage in Mission Beach which was never renovated. It was a big project requiring adding square footage, moving walls, adding a bedroom and two bathrooms. We engaged Armstrong builders after receiving an architecture plan. However Tom Armstrong suggested some alterations to the plans that made the design much more spacious and appealing. Tom is impressive in that he is not only a builder but also an architect. Tom and his crew have an eye for detail and quality that is far above what I have experienced (we have done other remodel projects in the past with other builders). This combination of skills, his desire to do quality work, and his experience resulted in a beautiful beach house that we have been able to rent as a vacation rental with over a 100 five star ratings. Our second project is an extension to our current home to add an ADU, a gym, and a home theater. Further, he is also helping us with landscaping. Given that we had an excellent experience with him the first time, we went with his company this time as well. Even as we combat COVID-19 as a country, he and his crew have been ultra professional in keeping the project going as best as they can. We are almost to the end of this year long project and we are very excited to see the outcome. It was will a wonderful space where our large family will enjoy for years to come. I whole-heartedly recommend Armstrong Builders, Inc.

Working with Tom Armstrong and his team was a great experience. The work that was done is A+ quality, plus his crew worked very quickly and were accommodating to our requests. Finally, even with some extra, unplanned work, we still came in at the contracted budget. I would absolutely recommend Armstrong Builders, Inc. to anyone looking excellent craftsmanship and service!

Excellent customer service, polite, fantastic follow through, extremely professional, highly recommend hiring Tom, project managers are easy to work with, thorough, extremely creative and thinks outside the box. He is more than a contractor he is a designer as well.
