Left leak in pipes had to "pull teeth" to get him to come back and fix. By the time he got back to his truck pipe was leaking again and I had to chase him to come back. 10 minutes after he told me it was definitely fixed and he left pipe started leaking again. Justin has not returned my call to come back and fix it since. Also prices are way too high. Told me he put in a water filter that costs around $500 turns out it costs around $100. For the amount of time he was here and taking into account the cost of parts he charged me about $300 an hour labor! Outrageous! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I placed an emergency call yesterday afternoon and Justin came right away, within 2 hours fitting me into his busy schedule! Very sweet respectable customer service. He had given me a better price and quicker install than the first company i called. Very satisfied! Definitely would reccommend!

I made an appointment with them for Saturday 9/26 at 10 am and I had to call them to see where they were when they were not at my house. They scheduled me for the wrong day, I re-scheduled with them on Friday 10/2/20 and they did not show up on time. I called them to cancel which they acknowledged but their tech showed up anyway and disturbed my household. I do not understand how a company that is business does not call customers the day to confirm the appointment time and let them know they're still on target for the appointment. This is a very unprofessional company.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
