They called that they were coming. They came on time. They replaced worn part Job done expertly. Appliance (dryer) worked. I paid. Got receipt. Job done.

My father and then my family have used Arrow - Jack English - for over 50 years. He and his staff have always done an great job. They tell you what the costs will be, get the replacement part usually same day and we have never had any issues. Good company to use for all major home appliances.

The service call fee is almost $60 USD for their tech to come over and check if they are able to repair. It cost more money to repair the oven rather than replacing it. Well, very quick feed back appreciated, but I was already guessing what they might say and it costs me almost $60 USD, when I asked to buy a new oven and install it, installation cost itself is $180 USD, so their labor fee is not so cheap. But if you have some appliances needing repaired, they might be good, because they are available and quickly deliver the service.

It took about three weeks to replace a part on my dishwasher. They kept changing when they were coming out with the new part. Very frustrating to my wife and myself.
