    Horrible customer service!!! I contacted the company to do a weekly housecleaning service. The owner came to do an assessment on our house and provide a bid. After I had not received the bid in over 48 hrs. I assumed they blew me off. After talking to home advisor representative they finally called me back. At the initial consult, I made sure to mention needed a cleaning crew that was not afraid of large dogs. She met both my dogs and they were friendly towards her. The first service was supposed to do a deep cleaning...only 1 person showed up at 10 am. She did a good job, but had to come back the next workday to complete the job. After those 2 strikes, I spoke to a representative of the company. I told her I needed to know they were going to show up the next day, Friday, with a 2 person cleaning crew. Did not receive a call back from the owner till late that evening. They were not able to find a second person who was not afraid of large dogs. Their customer service was horrible and they were not able to provide the housecleaning service as initially agreed upon. I would not recommend their services and would give them a 0 rating if I could. I’m very frustrated with my experience with Artistic Trades!

    We appreciate client feedback and are always open to trying to work situations out for the best. Sometimes the best thing we can respectfully do for a client is to say we are not the right fit for your home. This client has two beautiful Akita dogs. They were friendly with me while I was there interviewing. It took an extra day to rearrange schedules to accommodate our client with a cleaning lady who did not fear large dogs. Home advisor never called me in regards to being one day late in turning in this clients bid. They do not get involved in those matters. I emailed this client explaining the delay. Our cleaning lady took two days doing a deep clean of the home. The client was very happy with the clean, but was frustrated we only sent one person, instead of our normal 2. Our worker did not feel comfortable going back to this house with the big dogs. We found it best to respectfully tell this client we are not a good fit for her home and her large dogs. The client did not want to separate the dogs while our crew cleaned. In this situation, we are not the best fit for this home.

    It’s all about follow-up and detail! Ernie and team were flexible and welcomed any questions or concerns throughout the project. The painters were great, very neat and friendly while in our home. Bottom line - they deliver on what they promise. We will use them again and highly recommended their services. Thank you Artistic Trades!!

    The job was obviously sub-contracted. The individual that completed the work was not at all prepared to do the job. He had to wait for over an hour for materials at my home. The pro did not offer to compensate me for MY time while waiting. This job took two visits, and I again had to wait for over an hour for the contractor to get supplies. I was charged $50 to cut a hole for a can light, and $60 to paint a 2 feet by 3 feet patch. I only hired the pro because I needed the work done fast.

    I took almost a week off work to be home while this contractor was supposed to be finishing a 9'x13' room. His guy didn't show up. It took all morning to get a hold of him to tell him. Then the rest of the morning to find out that "all four of his tires were ice picked the night before and he had to get new tires." DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They will waste your time.

    We agree that this situation was very unprofessional. After apologizing to the customer we let this employee go as we pride ourselves in our customer service.
