Very conscientious. I think he is very affordable and his rates are extremely reasonable and competitive. He does most of his work during nights and weekends so that he does not interrupt our service here. He does a good job.

Absolutely fantastic service. The agent (Thomas ) was a voice of calm in a world of digital despair. Seriously..... my computer was totaled....and not in a we'll-laugh-about-this-later kind of way . The Angie deal was for two hours of service (for which the special price was already a great deal) but Tom worked non-stop for 5 full hours to get us back to like-new condition. Can't recommend highly enough. The best $99 bucks you'll ever spend. AAAA++++++

I was very pleased with the service I got. Donna worked diligently to correct a number of problems I had due to a lot of malware. She was patient and certainly knowledgeable . I thought the work was well worth the cost.

My tech Thomas was awesome!! Very knowledgeable and friendly!! He worked on my computer until everything was resolved!! The price was incomparable especially for the great service!! Also, so convenient to not have to unplug all my wires and drop off at a service store!! He fixed everything right from where he was at!! I would recommend this company to everybody:) !!!!! Spencer arranged a time to call to work on my husband's computer and he contacted me exactly when he said he would call. He was very pleasant and helpful on the phone, spent about 4 hours working on it, removing in excess of 300 infections. He also uninstalled and reinstalled the anti-virus software that had become corrupt, and sent an email with further instructions for improving the speed of the computer.

Spencer of ATR was extremely responsive to my call for help with an ailing desktop. I left a message and my call was returned inside of 30 minutes. He spent just under 5 hours giving my computer a good cleaning up. He was also very current and well informed, and was able to give me a number of good tips on such things as security and the Windows 10 update. I would definitely use this firm again... and plan to!

I highly recommend Atlanta Technical Resources. This is the 3rd time we have used their services, for 3 laptops and a desktop. Each time they have excelled and done exactly as promised and have gone above and beyond what was expected! Thomas Buzzek, the expert who worked on our desktop computer this time, was amazingly thorough. He took the time to comb through all possibilities to return the PC to its original speed. He explained how some of the apps and programs were unnecessary and/or resource hogs. He changed settings as necessary and deleted those things which, in fact, were unnecessary. He came across an issue that was problematic, was honest and told me he'd need to contact another expert, which he did. He then quickly resolved the problem. Thomas is a highly competent, skilled and no b.s. technical expert!
