J.R. was helpful and friendly and very accommodating. He came to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher just a couple of hours after my initial call, and then when the needed part arrived on Saturday morning he was here 30 minutes later to install it. Great customer service.

We had a vintage (1940 era) fridge that died. It is the coolest (no pun intended) bar fridge. J.R. Retrofitted it with used modern parts. Works great. Cost less than a new fridge, and we get to keep unique appliance.
