Well done Ken. I had him twice at my house. Always on time which in my opinion punctuality with this businesses especially when outside temperature is 110 degrees and you are sweating inside, is the most important thing you appreciate about any contractor. Honestly his diagnoses both times were right on the money. I think he is very reasonable when it comes to pricing too, cause i got quote from 3 other companies not even one of them bit his price not to mention i dialed 6 or 7 other contractors that i could only talk to three of them. Thanks again and again

2lbs of Freon costs me $250. Fast service. Created the project at 10:30 pm and Kayvan showed up at 9:00 am. Make sure to discuss the cost prior to repair. I wanted it fixed prior to my out of town trip.

    Response from Company:

Mr. Bj. A, The cost covered the following: Service call, Trouble shooting, 4 pound of freon refrigerant, labor to do the job, service and clean up of the outdoor A/C unit and checking the evaporator coil indoor unit, checking your furnace filter, spending extra time to make sure the unit still working well after few cycles of operations, checking the furnace fan health, speed and amp draw, checking the drainage and making sure is free of dirt and debris so the condensation from A/C wouldn't backup and overflowing, Also the cost of freon was discussed as well as approximate of freon may need to fix the system, and the truck and travel charge was.

I called Aurora Mechanical regarding some HVAC problems I was having. Ken (Kayhan Khaledi) provided a reasonable estimate on the phone, quickly scheduled me in and showed up on time for the appointment. He spent about four hours performing proper diagnosis and accurate repairs. I found this to be a great value for the money. Based on my experience (fixed correctly the first time within the initial estimate) I will use Ken again for my HVAC service and maintenance needs.
