We had to call a plumbing company last night to clear a backup in the washing machine drain. We decided to call Authentic Plumbing Solutions out of Rockwall since we used them one other time in the past and their service was great. Brandon and Dakota cleared the drain and checked the other secondary and main lines to make sure there were no other blockages or issues. They were very professional and efficient. They took the time to explain the problem, how they made the repair and was and even sent camera videos to our email. I highly recommend Authentic Plumbing Solutions. Give them a call! Anita

You think a installing a toilet is simple, my installers help me to understand how things can go so wrong. When having a toilet installed in my condo, the installers were very professional and prior to the installation, prices, any and all issues, were explain. I was very impressed with the work.

Iâ  ve hired one other plumbing co to do a similar job but would NOT use that co in Hunt county ever again. Authentic was very expensive but Brandon and Devon got the job done and did exactly what they said theyed do. I recommend them highly.
