Finally an honest company that doesn't play games. Called Dave on a very hot week, where I am guessing he had a lot of work, and he arrived within 3 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He then did some maintenance extras (for free) and taught me how to do them myself. I would highly recommend Authority Heating and Air to anyone, Authority is truly an outfit that builds their business by providing expert assistance and old fashioned customer service.

Service was almost immediate. Contacted at 2:00 and Dave was here at 4:00. He found the problem and it was fixed the next day before noon. Dave was very personable did exactly what he said he would. I would highly recommend this company.

On time, very quick only down side was they did try to offer the service contract option and a cleaning on the coil instead of making it a recommendation.

From the 1st point of contact our service was excellent. We had the wok done the next day and in no time were the 2 gentlemen not only courteous and kind they were friendly too. I will definitely recommend this company that everyone I know. 100% Satisfied!!! Thank you, Dave and family.

There were plenty of opportunities for the service man to rip me off and he was very honest. For example, he feared my compressor may be bad and many people would have just made me buy a new one, but he got mine going and saved me several hundred dollars. I appreciated his honesty. He was also knowledgeable, polite, professional and prompt. I am very pleased!
