He is also available at most part of the day to hop on a call to discuss any changes or concerns regarding the project. His pricing is really fair and transparent. Exceptional service! Avenue Construction did the remodeling of my home. It was a large project and I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. They were extremely professional from start to finish and I did not have any issues throughout the process. I am in love with the work they did. Jorge Foyo was explained everything to me in detail and was available to answer all the questions I had (which were a lot). He helped ensure that we stayed within my $250k budget and I have absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend!

After investigating several options, I hired Avenue to perform a gut renovation of my apartment. From the very beginning, Avenue articulated the correct scope of work needed to bring forth my apartment renovation. They handled all of the building approval process, and designed the entire renovation to fit within my budget. Designer did a phenomenal job of holding my hand through the schematic phase of design as well as the finished material selection phase. Once the project was underway, the Project Manager Jorge Foyo, oversaw the build team and all of the additional trades needed to execute the renovation. In the end, I had a new bathroom, a new kitchen, all new floors, as well as updated electrical throughout, a great paint job. Avenue team were a delight to work with and they were respectful and incredibly skilled at their craft. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them without reservation to anyone looking to renovate their home.
