Do not hire! I repeat...DO NOT HIRE! I hired these guys for a small plumbing job and they stole my wife wedding ring. Do not hire if you do not want this to happen to you. You have been warned! This is an honest review and I am not sure why HomeAdvisor is not publishing this review. Maybe they do not want to protect other homeowners because a negative review like this one reduces the amount of money they make.

It wasn't the exact same price as quote.
Response by B & M Heating and Air Ltd.: Sorry you feel that way but when you are given a quote and then you show up to do the work, and there are multiple other things that you could not see until you started fixing the problems, that were quoted it is impossible for the price to stay the same when there are multiple other things that needed to be fixed as well that you were told about before being fixed.

Responded immediately. Onsite w/in 2 hours. Had to go get a special fitting. Returned immediately and finished the job. Nice work!

The 1/2 star and over charged. Changed price again. After being given one price and did not discuss why or gave a notice of change of price.
Response by B & M Heating and Air Ltd.: Sorry you feel the way you do, but when there are multiple things that you want fixed and when you give a price over the phone without looking at it, it is hard to be accurate as to what it is going to cost. The price was agreed upon before doing the job if you have any questions or concerns about the price feel free to give me a call and I can explain to you again the breakdown that I had already once explained before.

The price estimated over the phone was $100 less than what was ultimately charged. And it seemed to take them an awfully long time to add an electrical outlet and install a bidet seat, about 2 hours. Finally, there was no offer or consideration for my new hardwood floors even though I supplied shoe booties at my front door. They just walked in and out with their shoes on.
