Picasso Painting

I hired them to paint the entire interior of my home I had just bought. Anthony said he would send 3 painters and it would take a week. He sent 1 painter and it took three weeks. They took a piece of my baseboard and were supposed to match that same shade of white and I asked for satin finish. They used no primer. They said they applied three coats, but you can tell they did not. My walls all have a "see-through" appearance, making the white look a bit gray. You can also see where they did their "cut in". Come to find out, it's flat paint, not satin, and it was not color matched like it was supposed to be. Several areas above doors and between doors were not even painted, and some spots right above the baseboards were missed as well. I didn't notice until several weeks later, due to the fact we had several other remodeling projects going on at the time, so we were basically confined to the guest room . When I went to lightly wipe off the bathroom vanity they painted, the paint came right off. Unfortunately, I only did a quick walk through when he was done. We had boxes and furniture piled into the middle of all our rooms, and the light fixtures had been removed from several rooms, making it hard to see everything in detail, and Anthony never came back and checked the work himself. He also asked for the final payment a day before his worker even finished. After our remodel was done and we began to actually "move in" to all our rooms, is when we noticed how crappy the painting was everywhere. And also when we went to apply touch up paint in the correct color and sheen to a few spots, it stood out badly. When I finally contacted him about the problems and sent him several pictures via email, he avoided me for about three weeks and only replied once he was too busy. He finally said he could come by one day but we were sick. When I tried to again schedule something, he just stopped replying to my texts and emails. I asked for a partial refund if he was too busy so I could pay someone else to repaint some of the main rooms and areas, but he completely ignored me. I have waited to post this review until now because I was hoping he would contact me and/or give a partial refund eventually. I would never use this company again or recommend them. They clearly have so much business they do not care, which blows me away. He was recommended by my Realtor and I will be speaking with him as well.

Not recommend. Picasso Painting for epoxy coating, work done by worker Tomas. Very poor work. Had a small porch done late August 2022. Having a written warrantee does not matter. Not by his word. Not a good business man.

Anthony and his team were fast and professional. We compared cost with one other paint company and Picassoâ s quote was much more affordable. Weâ re happy with their work and will likely have them return for another job. We recommend their services.

Anthony and everyone involved with the job were experienced and polite. I am very pleased with the job they did. I would recommend them highly.

Mr. Salazar, Amanda Salazar, and his crew were very pleasant to work with. Mr. Salazar took the time to explain the process that would be used to do the job in addition to teach me about the process. He and his crew were all very professional and above all they displayed genuine KINDNESS.

They had clean lines when they painted our living room and did not get paint on the carpet or trim

Do not have their products installed on the exterior of your home if there is or the possibility of inclement weather. They did come back and fix the problems I had. Also get a written warranty.
