Balducci provided high quality carpentry and stair railing installation, he was knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely hire him again.

The electrical company left a hole where the porch light was. He removed the damaged siding and replaced and painted it.

Balducci is a fine carpenter who did a fantastic job on building new wooden stairs in my light well. The price was affordable and the craftsmanship was excellent.

Awesome, great communication and great work

Make sure to get permits if you want to avoid fines from the city. Oakland requires permits for just about all exterior work and Mr Balducci did not notify me of this. The city was called and I have been fined. Most importantly the contract was signed first week of December 2020 and I still have no stairs!!! Talk about a huge liability for a rental unit plus I am unable to refinance to a new lower rate as a result I am loosing tens of thousands of dollers!!! Paid $2500 for drawings from an architect and for Balducci to get permits. After 5 months of inaction I was forced to apply for permits myself on April 12th 2021. After a month having followed instructions from the kind inspector Mr Brown I am 9/10 through the process in a month just pending an engineering review now. I sincerely hope Mr Balducci has better building skills than he has permit application skills. I am an animal lover and he has the sweetest dogs that need his support for kibble. So I am hoping to improve his rating once work is completed because his bid is more reasonable than most and he clearly cares for his animals.

Franco was very attentive and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with our siding repair. We replaced 3 full sides of siding on our home and the finished product looks fantastic. He was hands on throughout the process and kept in good communication with me. I would definitely recommend him to others looking to do a large siding project.
