Ken was timely, thorough, informative, and polite. He did an outstanding job, and found issues in my new home that I never would have found myself. His report was well-written and clear with good photos to describe each issue. Very well done, and delivered within 24 hrs of the inspection.

I hired Ken Barker to do my home inspection. He showed up and completed the inspection. But then I didn?t get an inspection report from him. The final day came for me to submit requests to the sellers and Ken could not be reached all day. I missed the deadline and did not hear from Ken until 9:00 that night, hours after the 5:00 deadline. It must have been a glitch with his system, he said. And he forgot to bring his phone with him and didn?t get my calls. He did send me the report that night, but of course, it was too late for me to use it to negotiate repairs. In a phone conversation late that night, he said he would work with me on repairs. We agreed to discuss it again the next day or so. He has now ghosted me and will not respond. I get it. He doesn?t feel like dealing with it. But when you have a business, you need to be ethical and honest. Ken Barker is not. I would definitely not recommend this company for an inspection or anything else. Spend a few more dollars.
