Andrew came out and performed an evaluation of the work to prepare his estimate. The feedback he offered and videos are very clear and easy to understand. Andrew explained exactly what needed to be done and why. The work is a very large investment that I feel we received value for every dollar invested. Andrew is the consummate professional and remarkably competent at getting the job done. Every expectation he set, he met or exceeded. From start to finish, I had no doubt about what was happening nor why it was happening. This is an investment well spent! The quality of work is very good, it is affordable, and the crew is easy to work with.

Andrew and his crew were top notch! They were very professional and friendly ; knowing how to do the job in a timely and expert manner. Further, I had gotten three bids and Basement Correctors were the BEST in every way; while the other companies that I spoke with were more like salespeople primarily looking for a commission. Our basement had a water problem that had saturated walls and water that came in. They fixed the problem. The are hard working and honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends to take care of any basement or crawlspace problem...you can not go wrong with Basement Correctors and will enjoy having them around. I had a main line water leak in my basement that had saturated a good portion of the walls in an unfinished area. I needed an assessment to clean up and potentially waterproof. Andrew from Basement Correctors came out, and to my surprise told me that he didn’t see any structural damage. His advice was to buy a dehumidifier and run it for a few weeks to extract the moisture. He told me to keep an eye out during the next heavy rain to see if there is any additional water leakage. If yes, call him back and if not, good to go. A homeowner’s biggest fear is to see water damage or a leak at the foundation level but Andrew made it less scary. I appreciated his honesty and restraint in not trying to take advantage of the situation. If I need any additional work done I will definitely reach out to Basement Correctors.
