Basement waterstoppers was excellent to work with. They are a newer company made up of experieinced industry professionals. We received multiple bids and they came in with the best price to start with. An opportuntiy to do our work sooner than expected came about and they gave us a promotional price to do so. It was awfully cold but the guys stayed on schedule, communicated excellently, and left our basement clean despite the gross conditions outside. I would recommend them to anyone in the chicagoland area.

They came exactly when they said they would be there and installed 60 feet of drainage tile underneath the concrete floor and completed the job on time and did an excellent job cleaning up! I highly recommend them

From beginning to end the people at Basement Waterstoppers were honest and truthful. The salesman was available to answer all my questions day, night and even on the weekends. I was not taken advantage of, as I knew very little about basement waterproofing. I was impressed in their workmanship and how quickly the project was finished. I watched, listened and learned as the crew educated me on their waterproofing skills and techniques. Overall very happy with this company and would refer them to my friends and family.
