Showed up on time, did the work properly, cleaned up after themselves. Added a warranty on their work. Really, could not ask for more. Will absolutely use them again. No hesitation to recommend.

Jim's proposal was different than the others we'd received. He evaluated our home and proposed a separate system as opposed to the other contractors who thought to tie into our existing forced air system. Jim's solution ensured our 2nd floor would receive enough cooling.

Out of all the vendors I contacted, Baystate were the most responsive. They were able to complete the installation and get the system up and running within a week of their quote - other vendors took longer just to provide me with a quote. Jim knows what he is doing, knows what equipment is available and Was able to put together a better solution compared to other vendors - a solution that was a better fit to the physical and mechanical challenges of my house.

Great job.. Jimmy was quick to respond to calls and all staff at Bay State were very nice. Their AC quote was the most reasonable for the same equipment and installation. Jimmy also had dampers installed in the duct work so I could adjust air flow to each room. No other vendor offered this.

This person James took $5000 deposit from us to do the job, after few days tells us that he is sick, we need to hire someone else. he never started the job. We had to hire someone else, we had no heat at home. Ever since we haven't heard from him. He never responses. We are heart broken, don't know how to get our deposit $5000.00 back. Please be aware.
