**$75 Service charge/Diagnostic fee** NO Diagnostic Fee if we do the repair "Personalized service you can trust" on all major appliances such as Refrigerators, Stoves, Ranges, Wall Ovens, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Vent Hoods etc. We also service this areas: Hillsborough, Burlingame, San Mateo, Belmont, San Carlos, Redwood City, Emerald Hills, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Santa Clara, Los Gatos and San Jose. The technician will give you an estimate on the repair based on his findings, which will include the parts (if needed) and labor cost to complete the job. If you decline the repair, a $75 Diagnostic fee will be charged. Certified Appliance Service Technician with more than 9 years of experience working on Kenmore, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Samsung, LG and High End Appliance brands (Miele, Asko, Viking, SubZero, Fisher & Paykel, Decor, GE Monogram, KitchenAid, JennAir). -We Do Not repair small appliance such as vacuum, food processor

Prompt, friendly, and reliable. Recommend. We paid $225 to have a roller replaced. Seemed a little expensive but so is everything in this area.
