"Not really sure why he thought we were pricey??? Cause he had an electrical issue we corrected it didn't even charge him then he wanted a bid on installing a plug in his movie room. We charged $69 for service call and $140 to add in a new plug .. Great guy not complaining about his comment..Maybe he for got that. Its all good."

Mike Beasley is my hero this morning. My a/c was out and it was 89 degrees upstairs. I barely had hit the summit button when he called me. Came and fixed my unit all before 10:00 am. He was very professional and very reasonable. I will definitely use him again!

Mike was fantastic and a nice guy, he called to let me know how long it would take him to come to my home, after he finished a job he was on. It was 90 degrees in my home on Sunday morning. My breaker box tripped for some reason on Saturday. Mike found a low reading on the compressor and he thought it needed to be replaced. Thank goodness it was under warranty. I would definitely call him again, if I need air conditioning service in the future.

Mike Beasley was prompt professional and terrific. I would recommend him to everyone. I am a VERY difficult customer and very concerned about the price. Mike met every one of my concerns. Due to my circumstances, I hired Mike instead of a home inspector because I was told that he was an expert and since I was only concerned about the heating unit, I needed that piece of mind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My upstairs AC unit stopped blowing cold. After asking around, several guys at work highly recommended Beasley's for high quality professional work at a very good price so I gave them a try. I was shocked how quickly they fit me into thier schedule! My AC was fixed the same day I called and at a price far lower than I've ever paid to have AC work done. My wife mentioned that they were very professional and courteous as well so we wanted to write them this review. Thanks Guys!

The main HVAC in my home stopped cooling 5 days before we were to leave the country for vacation. I called the "C" guys that my General Contractor had recommend who had replaced two other systems in my home over the years and they came out that afternoon to check things out. They determined the compressor was locked up. The split system was 16 yrs old so both inside and outside equipment had to be replaced. They fax'd me a quote the next day but it seemed high based on my past experience. Trouble is now I am down to 3 days before we fly and I can't leave the house unconditioned for house/dog sitters while we are away. I got the feeling that the "C" guys new my delema and tried to take advantage of me. So I went on the hunt for a second quote. I came across Home Advisor on the Internet and decided to give it a try. I filled out a form expressing my needs and submitted. I got a call from Mike Beasley within 30 minutes. I explained my situation, system locked up...time is of the essence. Mike arrived at my home within 2 hours. He tested my system while I watched the volt meters and we agreed the compressor locked up as it was drawing way too much current. Mike emailed me a quote that evening. Price was for the exact same Rheem equipment but was SUBSTANTIALLY less expensive. I called Mike the following morning and he confirmed he could get the work done for me the next day with 1 day to spare. Mike arrived the following day with a helper and installed the system but was unable to complete the exhaust vent for the gas because of some tricky turns and twists. Now I never ever do this but something about Mike Beasley told me he was a man of his work so I went ahead and paid him in full although the work was not 100% complete. Flash forward 2 weeks. I return from vacation and called Mike on Saturday to let him know I was back. He said he would get it scheduled the first of the following week. Mike completed the work this morning (Tue) and called me at work on my cell to let me know we were good to go. In summary, Mike Beasley is a great guy to know if you are ever in need of reliable, reasonably priced HVAC systems or service. Thank you Home Advisor for putting us together.

this project started 10/20/2014 a ceiling fan fell out of ceiling and was hanging by the wired connection. I was given an estimate of $175-$190.He installed a new box but because of three sheets of drywall he could not get it IN the ceiling. I understood that part and accepted that. Mike seem to have a problem reconnecting the wiring. He said he didn't understand the way it had been connected previously. Things just weren't working out. (cost $190.) I called a few weeks later about my power surging since the repair. He said he would call to set a time to check it out. I have since sent a couple of text messages about my concerns, he said he had been real busy and would get to it. I finally got in touch with the person who had first installed the fan and he came today and rewired it. he said there were wires crossed. That cost another $50. but my power is not surging anymore.

"First off the original person who wired light didn't even use the right wire they were using a neutral for a traveler and i told her it all needed to be rewired, at the time she said money was tight so i wired it were it would be safe with one switch.. and yes there were 4 sheets of drywall and to make fan work that she had was impossible to reattach shroud and it was her who said to just leave it.. Sorry we were not able to get back to her as fast as she wanted we had homes with no heat and all the ice had caused lots of damage to electrical systems. I had txt her and told her we will be there on a Friday and she was confused as to what we a"
