Review by Faith V. in Ironton, MN
These guys are crooks. They charged us $700 and literally did nothing they promised us. The only time I received any service was when I called to complain. They claim they have cameras that monitor their traps, but we had a dead squirrel for two full days (which is a violation of their contract which states they will come back within 24 hours) and they only came out because I called. This is the case again today. They drilled several holes in the facade of our building without permission and won't pay for the repair and now we have to cover that expense. It's a brick repair which is a specialized service and who knows how much that's going to cost! I'm appalled that they have so good reviews in Home Advisor. This is the worst kind of service I have ever seen. They don't care about their business nor about animals. That's the whole point to of hiring a wildlife company. I would have never paid $700 if I knew squirrels were going to die! I fired them and will never use them again. BUYER BEWARE!

Had a woodpecker putting holes in the side of my house. They installed 3 preventive flashers and covered the 2 holes with metal plating to match the color of the house too. Very happy with the service

They came on time, removed the bird nest and covered the vent with a metallic cover, which is supposed to last longer than the plastic one I used to have. Took the four baby birds to a rehab. Expensive though,
