If you're considering hiring this company, DON'T! First, they ran over my hose and broke my Septic clean out plug twice. The first time this happened, I did not complain and replaced the hose and plug myself because I knew it was an accident. The second time It happened we called the company and as expected, never an answer. When we finally got a hold of them, they sent someone to take pictures of the broken plug and hose. Later in the week, my wife was contacted by this company and was advised that they would replace the plug but not the hose that they destroyed. As anyone in my position would do, I contacted the company again and with no surprise, NO answer. I received a call the next day by the ownerâ s wife, and I explained the situation with the hose and plug. She basically called me a liar and said that the was no way their lawn mower can cut my hose. I was flabbergasted by her response and the lack of common sense she had. I then proceeded to explain to her that she needed to send someone out here to replace my plug, but she said no and stated that she would deduct it from the bill. I explained to her that it was her responsibility to replace what she broke but again said it wasn't. I am appalled of the way this company operates and treats its customers. They destroy property and call you a liar at the same time. If this review has a zero rating, that's what I would be giving them. To conclude, I do not recommend this company at all.

Ran over the septic tank cover with the mower, shattered it and cost me $100 to have replaced. Left tire marks on sidewalk 2-3x as well.

Always on time, very polite workers, always eager to please. Did excellent job on the lawn, always extremely well manicured. Would recommend to anyone looking for great lawncare.
