We needed a camera scope of our sewer line to find a blockage. Bellows scoped the sewer, but stopped before actually finding the blockage, claiming the camera wouldn't go further due to a small misalignment of the pipe. They suggested that we needed to install a proper cleanout in our sewer line, and their quote was nearly 2X everyone elses (including the cost from the city!). Ended up hiring another company to assess the issue, and they determined we already had a cleanout, all we had to do was unearth it. The city actually came out and scoped the line, had no issue with that pipe mis-alignment (which they said was extremely minor).

Haven't had the work done yet, but knowledgable guys showed up and discussed issues--very efficient, able to schedule almost immediately and they provided an estimate rapidly.

Hired this company for an oven install. The technician does not know how to complete a conversion to LP plus he came alone which luckily my husband was home & able to contribute help with the install. So, I now have my oven installed however I cannot use it because the LP was not hooked up. I am being given the run around about completion of this job. Looks like the second appointment is not going to happen. Extremely disappointed with Bellows!! WOW!!

I looked into this situation and found out that the first technician was not able to complete the conversion because there were missing items out of the parts that you had supplied him with. We were able to send another technician the next day to finish the job. If anytime in the future you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us in the office first before leaving a negative review so we have a chance to resolve the problem. We know each of our customers has a choice when choosing a Plumbing or Heating company and our hope is to be at the top of that list through continued training and this valuable feedback.

Totally not satisfied. I had three minor fixes/maintenance one toilet valve leaking and two faucets dripping water. The appointment was for about two hours of work estimated. From the time of arrival, Jose spent more time on the phone dealing with money to charge with his office than working on the issue. The toilet valve was replaced but he did not do the two faucets asking to reschedule again for the parts he did not have. I asked him to take the part needed from a service bathroom faucet and after negotiations with his office he proposed me to do the switch for a $550 charge of labor. I did not agree with the crazy labor charge. At the end, it cost me $465 just to replace three little valves and connectors for a total of barely twenty minutes of work (parts cost no more than $30 at Plumbing Store down the street. Is $400 a fair labor charge for 20 minutes and without fixing my problems? This company is a total scam looking to steal money from people like you and me. Something has to be done to control abuse in business and regulations need to be implemented to monitor the charges for work that mostly are not performed. I will look forward to reporting the above to local officials to investigate further the wrongdoing of this company. Totally dissatisfied customer

They charged $150 just to come out, but at least he brought the gas "sniffer" tool and found out that the gas I was smelling was coming from a faulty shutoff valve inside the BBQ grill itself. He shut off the gas to the grill and left.
