From customer service to the serviceman to the quality of work, all were excellent. A little pricey and really no wiggle room to negotiate. Still, they did a good, neat job.

Miguel the plumber was courteous, professional and neat. He couldn't find the leak and didn't try to sell me something he felt I didn't need. Ultimately the leak has reoccurred and I'm unsure how I will fix it.

Avoid them. They are outrageously overpriced and handle problems poorly although they did turn up to try to remedy it.

Too expensive and way way way overpriced. They charge $65 service fee to just show up. And then charged another $500 to fix a pipe feeding to my sprinkler, which is only 1 foot long and 30mins of job. The pipe is working good ( and it should be for the sake of $500!). This is for my rental property, which is located very far away from my home. I don't have time to drive back and forth to find another plumber. So got ripped off there. My advise to you is shop around and avoid this Plummer.
