These guys are 100% absolutely top notch professionals! They are timely, professional, polite and do an outstanding job! Do your self a favor and call these guys as I use similar services on a weekly basis and have never had this good of an experience with a demolition / emergency services company as I did with Berg & Larsen Environmental Services!

The positive is that they were both extremely nice and on time and confirmed the appointment. However, they came to remove some furniture and treadmill. All of these items had been moved into our house when we moved in a few years ago. None of them were put together here. The treadmill they couldn't get out. They said it wouldn't fit. They brought it back down to take it apart and one of the guys injured himself, which I felt bad about. They put it back together and did not take it because of the injury. They needed 2 people. I asked if they could send somebody else and they said no.They damaged 2 of my walls trying to get things out and I paid them over $100 and I didn't get the biggest thing removed from the basement.

We are extremely sorry we were unable to get the large treadmill out of your basement. We pride ourselves in our work, and apologize for not being able to send anyone else, as we are a business of two people. The $75 discount we took off the final price should cover any expenses that may have been accrued during the removal, as well as alleviate any inconvenience for not being able to remove the treadmill. Along with the extra trash that we took out for you at no additional cost during our initial visit, we will happily take 50% off any future job you would require us for. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and hope we can better serve you in the future. Ryan

I was very happy with the work they did at one of our rental properties. Tenants had left the place trashed, they showed up with a great bid and made the place look like new. I appreciate the great work Ryan and Steven!

Excellent customer service and quality of cleaning. Ryan and Steve make a good team. They are thorough and flexible to accommodate whatever your cleaning needs might be. Very detail oriented. Hard workers and efficient. They point out areas where problems such as paint chipping has ocurred in case you didn't know. They are dog friendly and people friendly. I took several of their business cards and will give them to friends. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

They were a couple of things they did really well, they keep you in loop of what they are doing & adjusting, very responsive. They are from the north and came to the south suburbs to do the work for 3 days in a row.
