Ken is prompt on scheduling and even came out same day to service our furnace. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and pleasant, we will continue to use him for all of our heating and A/C needs!

Gentleman was very courteous, informative and displayed not only pride in his personal work but expressed knowledge with free filter on completion of inspection of all electrical circuits.

He was able to come super early the next day, when he got my home he found the problems and was able to get the parts, however he was not able to keep the unit consistently running. He suggested that we pay him cash but he extra services that he did not charge us for. When he left we calculated we paid him for the parts that he purchased with a promise he would be back the next day. The next day he called and said he said "I can not figure it out, I am done. Said he spoke to multiple techs and still couldn't figure it out". We ended up having to hire another pro. He was was very nice and he really tried. We did pay for the parts.

Professional, prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. Did not try to just sell us a new furnace like a past company. He made the necessary repairs and now it works great. We will definitely recommend.
