We did have an appointment for Saturday morning 1-13-07 at 9:00am, but the service couldn't make it at that time but forgot to advise me, so I was left waiting until I called and asked what happened. However, they did show-up the same day and performed the service, after completion, I think the work was good.

When he came over to give me an estimate he had his equipment and ready to start. His estimate was below what I expected. Without obtaining other estimates I told him to start immediately, which he did.
