I got full cleaning service (excluding carpet) for the location from Ronaldo who came over a day before and worked down $200 for that. He said hourly rates would work even more expensive and hence we believed him. He sent 1 couple for the job next day who could not understand English and did not know what to clean and were starting with carpet. I have to stop them to let them know what they have to clean. Finally they started and cleaned superficially and after 21/2 hrs said they are over. They left the windows and glass panels and when I reminded them they said this is not covered. I was surprised to see dirt on the surface and sink but still paid them for nothing. Sending couple for 2/1/2 hrs job for $200 way expensive( $80/ hr) With bad service and unprofessional attitude. I would never recommend calling these guys again.
