I had an appointment from 4pm-6pm and at 4:25 I called to confirm my appointment the lady i spoke with said the serviceman was running a little behind but will be at my residence but at 6:30 i had not received any calls so i called again and the same lady i spoke with said she was on her way home, and she would call the guy and call me back, no call back so i called again and got voicemail and left a message. I called Home Advisor back and told them of the problems I am having so the agent called while i was on hold, the agent came back to the phone and told me the serviceman was still running behind and would call me after he finished but never returned a call. I tried to be patient but this experience was pathetic and lacking any professional responsibility this is not the quality I would expect from any business that stood to make a lot of money setting up and maintaining my pool. I rate this company with a D-
