Very responsive, quick to answer questions and address concerns. Showed up early and put in a long days work. Job moved along according to schedule. Tear out of old flooring went well and new floors look great! Would absolutely recommend this company and we are planning on using them again!

Brian showed up when he said he would. The job was done very well and crew cleaned up all their mess. Brian even came back to make sure was done to satisfaction. We highly recommend him.

Brian was very easy to work with and flexible in scheduling. The young men that work for him were respectful and friendly. They listened if I had a question or concern. Our house was pretty rough, and now I have beautiful floors. Thank you, Brian and crew for doing a great job! I would recommend them without hesitation!

He did not clean up very well after finishing the job and left the outside water faucet running. I just happened to hear it otherwise my Mom would never had known it was on.

It is very important to us to leave a positive impression on all our customers. It is disappointing to see this negative feedback. As the owner and manager of the company I make sure to inspect the quality of all our installations. I spoke with your mother, our actual customer, at the finish of the job and she was very pleased. The installation was also finished with high quality. I did notice a small mess while I was there and cleaned it up. I apologize for the water faucet. While it was our goal to remain a five star rated company we will have to use this as an opportunity to improve our services. Thank you for the feedback

They installed kitchen backsplash for us......the job they did was fantastic.....if you donâ t hire them, it is your loss. Great work. I will hire them again for more projects coming up.....

The owner, Brian, took time to provider personal service and came over to do the measurements and provide the estimate personally. He explained the process to me and provided timely emailed estimates and invoices via email. Brian helped get our flooring project scheduled and completed quickly, making a time for us the week after the estimate. He brought over a small team, 2 men, to complete our job. Brian personally checked on the project quality and progress several times over the 3 day process. They went above and beyond with completing the project and even helping with a few additional flooring transitions needed in other rooms. I felt comfortable with the work crew in my home for multiple days. They cleaned up their workspace well. Thanks for a job well done! We now have a beautiful new floor!
