Experienced installer arrived slightly early and did a great job!!!

I never received an official bid. I had to ask for it more than once. The installers were very nice, one was a kid in training, so a little slow. I called in to pay right after the installers left the receptionist could not find a bid for me. She told me she would send me one but I never received it. I have now received past due emails. The work was only done 10 days ago. I paid $500.00 and three days later I was charged again for another $500.00. I have sent emails and have called multiply times and I have gotten nowhere. Big Al does not have its back-office together. Poor communication!

Yes, you are right. We are going through some growing pain issues. Sorry for the poor communication and believe me we have resolved most of those issues. We will continue to make your experience a better one. I have been doing this for a long time and realize the next generation of Big Al's Insulation will be better than the first. The guys I worked with tried hard to go above what's expected.. when there was an issue they worked with me on extra things we could do.

The insulation part of the job was done well, however the patchwork was horrible. Seriously it was horrible! I had to pay someone to come in and redo it. Save yourself some money and trouble and don't let them do the patchwork.
