They are fast and cheap, but communication and follow up is very poor once they start the work. They were rough on the lawn and tore up a lot of sod unnecessarily because of the Equipmemt and rate of speed they work at. Also, After asking for most of the money (once they felt like they were done), I asked what about grinding that stump from the tree you cut down? And what about finishing grinding those roots you started on? They said they?ll come back in 2 weeks and finish the job because they had to return the stump grinder, and would come grind the remaining items when back in this area?.and treated me like they were doing me a favor if they did come back. Well they never came back to finish grinding a stump or remove some roots they were supposed to complete.

I hired William to cut 6-7 trees down, I had no issues with his workmanship, I paid him, after he was gone I noticed that I had a broken window from debris hitting the window, I called Cindy at the office, she said William will get back to me, I sent pictures of the damage, and an estimate of the repair the give them the opportunity to pay for it and they never did with no no response at all, I had to hire a pro to come out and replace the glass and it cost me $223.13, I had to call HomeAdvisor about the problem

Had a large 40 foot oak tree that was blown over during a storm. Big Guy came and removed the tree in 2 1/2 hours and also cleaned the area before they left. Highly recommend this company

What a wonderful experience. They did what they were hired to do with special care to clean up all the branches and twigs. They could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this company.

Showed up to quote the project 5 days late. Never showed up on the date they were supposed to remove the tree. The next day they cut down the tree but left the stump. Called to we why and they said they d come out later in the week to remove the stump. NEVER SHOWED UP AGAIN. Only good thing is I haven t paid a dime...
