To encapsulate my experience with Bilder and Sons plumbing, Kevin performed work outside the scope of the project that I specifically requested he not do, resulting in a horrendous modification to my house that I now have to hire someone else to fix. In addition to that, everything done in the shower installation was done poorly with disregard to professionalism and pride in work. Please do not use this company.

Kevin responded quickly did the service professionally and very well, was easy to work with and talk to and I found the overall service to be very good. He also came out very quickly which we needed so that we can get our water service return to the house.

On Tuesday, 12/15/20, we had Bilder and Sons come out because our main drain was clogged, we could not use any water, and our usual plumber was booked. Kevin and Peyton came out on short notice and worked for several hours trying to clear our main drain. They could not clear the drain and said they would not come back Wednesday because of the snow. They said they would come back on Thursday, weather permitting, with a camera. 12/15/20 ended with a $742.00 bill and still no use of water/sewer. 12/16/20 we called our town and they came out with their camera. The town workers asked if they could call their preferred plumber and we said yes. Within an hour, in the snow, the plumbing crew showed up and went to work. 3 hours later our drain was clear, and the bill was only $600.00. I texted Kevin and told him there was no need to come back on Thursday. This is a statement of the facts from our experience.
