We upgraded the wiring in our basement. Bill was thorough in his presentation of what needed to be done. They kept in touch, were timely and the work passed inspection. Great job!

Ryan was a true problem solver. I had a list of issues which he tackled one by one in a thoughtful and careful way. He always double-checked before proceeding with installation. My house is very old, with layers of electrical history, so it took a lot of know-how and patience to figure out the issues.

When first arrived he was on his phone (answering service requests) for 15 minutes (while in between we were explaining our problem. I logged the time because the first 30 minutes is $150.00 (not cheap). But by the end he solved a really difficult issue (half of my moms outlets & lights didn't work). And he was very reasonable & professional. One recommendation, leave the phone silence while on the customers dime!
