$65 for 15 minutes work seems like a lot! ($260/hr). But he was nice and knew what he was doing!

I explained why I had to charge what I did and obviously it's 65.00 an HR, not 65 .00 every 15 mins I dove from Weedsport to Syracuse, fixed the issue, and charged accordingly... I am sorry you felt differently.

Hired Bill to check over the electrical in a new house we bought. He was knowledgeable, efficient and completed every task in a timely manner. Great quality work and will be hiring him here again in the near future. I would recommend Bill to anyone that needs a good, reliable and honest electrician.

He spends one hour just figure out three wires and another hour connecting one power switch and he messed up one of my Outlets when I told him he keeps saying no I did not do anything and he did not fix it and left.

This was an emergency situation, the man had no front door and I responded because I felt bad, it was really cold! I got there and he literally had wads of wire in the tape that someone before me really messed up I had no idea where the wires went or where they came from. I t took the time it took because someone else screwed this wiring up, not me. as far as the outlet we checked that the minute we got there and it was inactive at that time as it was when I left. I am sorry you're not satisfied but I explained I was just trying to help you get a door back on your house with what I had in my truck in an emergency not to mention I was in Auburn when you ca...

Bill was more than qualified for the job I hired him for. He persevered in tackling the wiring problem and ultimately succeeded in replacing the broken wire after a couple of different attempts. I offered a second job to Bill in another city after he completed the job at hand. He is honest and timely in fulfilling his business commitments.
