I hired Rick to do inspection for mold in an apartment that I rent out. Apart from describing the factual results of the test, the report went on to make unsolicited recommendations to remediate and repair which didn't help me as the person to hired this company. After that I went to get a second opinion and the new company told me the report had a lot of un-useful statistics and not typical of a report that they have seen. *Amended 7/3/2018 - In response to BioTerra's comments First of all, I never said this review was from 2018. Secondly, you implied that like you tried to reach out to me to ask my address but you never did but for reference this is in Montgomery st. in Jersey City. In fact, Home Advisor called me to verify authenticity and they were satisfied with the information I gave them.

Impossible. BioTerra has gone to Laboratory Services route and has not conducted a inspection since May 01 2018. Also, this person refuses to talk to us. We have tried contacting this Mr. Zach to open up a case and explore deeper and see what went wrong, therefore, we can come together with an explanation or see where we went wrong. But this gentleman won't even tell us the address we conduct the survey. We do not have his name in our system. This is not a real Rating.

Great experience from prompt response to setup appointment to showing up on time to explaining how the testing is done & amazing turn around time to get the results. I endorse the services of Bioterra for asbestos inspection. This was one of the most efficient inspection process that I experienced anywhere.
