This company was a God send. They were here within 20 minutes of me contacting them and they had my driveway compleatly free from extreamly allot of snow. This snowfall was so much this time that I had my RAM pickup in 4low just to get out and getting back in my garage was just a miricle. But it wasn't a problem for Jerome Oates he had my driveway cleared so fast because I had an appointment to go to and believe me, being a 100% disabled Vet , there is no way I could have moved this snow by myself. Black Ice will be the company I stick with for all my Excavation needs as well as my snow removal . In all my 40 years being in Alaska this Young man and his Carly new company have it right. Jerome has Customer Service right on track. And his pricing cannot be beat by nobody up here. Jerome will have a very large business in no time and it's because he is quick and again has Customer Sevice down to a science. . I would recommend Black Ice to everyone who wants a job done and done professionally and extremely quick, and my driveway is not a small driveway, it's around 150 ft and I have a small truck parked out there plus a very nice Motorhome as well. Jerome was very quick to respond and met my needs of removing snow off my driveway that same day.
