Brad was wonderful. My toilet was leaking and damaging my floor. I called a plumber I had used before but he was too busy. I called Brad late in the afternoon and he said he would be at my house by 9:00 a.m. He showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very neat, even covering his shoes when he walked in the house. His fee was very reasonable. I will definitely call him again and refer him to anyone in need of a top notch plumber.

Brad called back almost immediately after selecting them here on HA. From there he was able to schedule an appointment the following morning to provide an estimate and perform the work if the estimate was in-line. Brad arrived onsite at exactly when he said he was. completely explained the work and even provided additional knowledge after i informed him of our future plans. Courteous and professional Brad left no evidence that he was even here. and the job was completed in the time frame he said.

Brad responded to my non-emergency message within hours on a Sunday. That Monday, Brad came to my home as scheduled, identified the problem, explained the solution and cost, then had it fixed within the hour. Superb!
