Didn't do the job, complete failure. Didn't bother to clean up, even splashed chemical on painted garage door and didn't hose it off. Will need to repaint. These guys don't belong on your list.

Good morning Terry, I do appreciate your review, however I am taken back by the response? I remember doing this job for you, I remember giving you to options to remove the paint off your driveway, one quote was no guarantee to remove all the paint, the other quote was to sandblast the paint off, which was guaranteed 100% removal guaranteed, you chose the more economical route, when I arrived at the location, I started cleaning & I had you watch, the paint was not coming off 100% as I had expected, & as I had quoted you, so I told you I can stop now at NO CHARGE, & walk away or go with the sandblasting & get it all off, you said "no that's ok, at least it looks better then before, proceed" once I completed everything, you came over & INSPECTED EVERYTHING, we looked at the garage door, there was NO DAMAGE, the entrance to the front door, you told me that "it's a good job" wrote me a check & I left, you were in charge to make this decision, as you are a realtor, & u gave me a check from you client, I had a feeling that this would happen, as your client may have been upset of the fact that he paid for the paint removal & it was not removed 100% your client was out of the country, as you had explained all of this to me, I called you back to take care of the garage door etc, but you would not send me pictures of the garage door so I could get a painter out to paint it for you, as this is our 100% guarantee, but you refused, makes me wonder about the true nature of your complaint? As you can see in 68 of our reviews, we never operate in this manner that you described on your review, nevertheless I hope all works out for you, have a blessed day. Thank you, Frank
