Misti was great! She came to our home and provided several options for window coverings, and offered suggestions that would work best for our home. From initial meeting to the final install, she made sure we were totally happy and gave us her direct number if we had any questions about the shades or needed repair in the future. Can't get that excellent service at a box store!
