Did a great job repairing blinds
Bob and his associate with Bloomin Blinds were professional in every way, incredibly polite, knowledge, and a joy to work with.
I was told in an email that the cost to repair each blind would be $40 and I budgeted the cost for 9 blinds. However, when the repairman arrived, he told me it would cost $40 plus either $40 per this part or $20 per some other part for each blind. I was able to have only 4 blinds repaired for the amount I budgeted. The 2 blinds with tilting wands turn the opposite way from the blinds right beside them.
This is a great company. Bob was a very nice man and did a very good job on the repair. They will be our first call in the future.
The technician was friendly, informative, efficient, & thorough. I m expecting a house full of guests for my son s upcoming wedding, and Bob did a great job fixing my blinds problem! They look & work great again!
On time and knowledgeable.
