The company is not local to Birmingham. They sent someone here from 50 miles away. It was after hours so I said I would wait but they said the cost would be the same. But because the guy drove 100 miles round trip how can you deal with that. Instead of $77 dollar call being applied to the repair which took less than 30 seconds it was $!98 because he scratched up my toilet bowl after promising he would be careful to not scratch it, so he took off 5% of his $209 bill. I told him before he came out, over the phone that I tried an auger but it seemed like I was getting close but my auger was too short to push it through. His auger was 3 feet longer and only cost $50 at Home Depot. I could have saved $148 getting a longer auger and doing myself and not have the scratches. I must have tried my auger 20 times and could tell I was close. I never scratched the toilet bowl in those 20 times and in his one time scratched up the toilet bowl. I felt like I got the auger.

Tech arrived on time inspected the water heater throughly then tried the pilot light then told me the burner needed to be replaced and said it would cost less to simply replace the 19 year old water heater .

very professional and prompt worked with my college aged daughter who already knows a lot about household projects, but he spent extra time showing her how to cut off gas and water at the street and to take other safety precautions--great job

Hard worker, named Josh, saved the day! Relentless! He started the job around 3p on Tuesday, and he ran into some problems. Then returned the next day to finish the job! Polite, trustworthy, and reasonably priced professional!
