Very quick response. They had a great deal for 3 rooms. I had a last minute trip come up and they worked with me to tighten up the arrival window rather than completely reschedule. They were quick and did a good job and they made recommendations on how to keep my carpets in better shape. Great customer service and they did a good job. I would use them again.

Was prompt and did a good job cleaning carpet. However, I used debit card to pay and his system was hacked and I had several fraudulent charges on my account, I was not contacted by him to let me know what happened. Only found out when bank contacted me. Has been a nightmare getting the charges cleared.

The rep was friendly but I did not like the fact that a part of my carpet was not clean and I told him such. I didn't like the fact that I was told that one part can not be completely cleaned and I was able to clean it myself.
