They were great. There workmanship was amazing. I was really scared that the huge tree might fall on the house since it was so close. But they were real pros and tied it off securely, cut it down, clean up and was gone in about 2 hours.

The work was excellent and done so quickly, the clean-up afterwards was excellent as well. My only teeny regret is it took some time to get to my job because of birds nesting in the tree, and had to wait for them to vacate the premises. Then storms hit and the men got busy doing other jobs. Bottom line I would hire Bobcat Tree removal again, and recommend them to friends.

Bobcat Tree Service was on time, the crew was very efficient. I had three trees removed and stumps ground. The clean-up was very complete. The price was reasonable. I am very satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend them. Charles L.

My initial response was quick when getting my quote, but after I approved the job, they missed two appointment dates and did not follow up with me until I contacted them. The work was finally completed but they asked my elderly mother to do extra work such as cleaning the gutters and trimming extra branches but some of that work was not completed to her satisfaction. I tried to contact the company for an explanation or possibly to complete what was not done but I have not received a reply from them yet. I will state that their initial work to remove a tree in the front yard was satisfactory, but I can not recommend them due to poor customer service and response time.
