Had roof installed less than a year ago. We had a very nice summer in the NW, with record lows for rain. Unfortunately, the rainy season is back. Went on the roof to clean gutters, and found many pine neddles and leaves. A few were pretty empty, and easy to clear, while most had a substatial pile accumalating. Why??? I find pieces of roofing material in the gutters blocking the downspouts. Seeing this, I clear n' save found material. Hmm, they didn't clean and clear everything when they replaced my roof. Since they failed there, I went into my attic to see if their installation job was adequete. Much of the once, prior to my new roof installation, light complection of wood covering my house has turned grey. I see many spots of light coming from the outside, where all new flashing was installed... I call Brain at Bonded Builders and inform him of my concerns. He asks me to fax him a list, and I do, immediately. You would think I would recieve a call back, or at least some type of further communication within a reasonable amount of time... It's been 2 weeks now... Should call them back???

After almost a year of problems, the work is only half done. Payments to others (electrical, trusses, etc)for materials for work accomplished was not made. Significant damage was done to the ceiling and carpeting when the roof was put on and will need to be repaired. At this point there is information that one of the partners has taken the company's working capital and made it unavailable to the company. The partner is also attempting to shut down the company.

We were very impressed with the company's promptness and professionalism. Brian Palmer backed his repair with the promise of a follow-up visit if the leak started again. No one else was willing to stand behind their work. I'd definitely hire them again.
