They only removed half the mold and did not apply any mold retardant Their crawlspace structural repair was terrible, building columns out of loose unstable blocks and placing them in unstable sand without footers

I am so grateful to Bone Dry for outstanding work. Getting rid of the mold in the crawlspace was critical, but also he told me why the mold had occurred - gutters full of leaves had caused water to accumulate in the crawlspace. I had neglected to have the gutters cleaned! I was so relieved to know that I can prevent the mold from recurring with a simple gutter cleaning. This was completely different from the other contractor who came to me with a huge encapsulation project -that would have cost me thousands of dollars. Totally unnecessary. Bone Dry is a rare breed of honest contractor - not only solves the problem but also tells you how to prevent it from recurring. That's golden in my book!
