The gentlemen can on time, they were very friendly, didn't waste time getting started and did everything I asked. The rooms they worked in were spotless when they were finished and also offered to take the old parts with them. I was very impressed with the quality of work and their professionalism. I definitely will hire them again!

Stone Slab Countertops Installation (Granite, Marble, Quartz, etc)
We did a kitchen remodel mostly on our own but needed someone to fabricate/install countertops. We hired this company to purchase/install 4 cabinets and replace countertops. The double wall oven cabinet did not fit our oven and needed to be cut and bracing needed to be installed. They agreed to cut the cabinet but disagreed that bracing needed to be installed. At my instance they called the cabinet company and the cabinet company confirmed that bracing needed to be installed, the 4 small screws that came with the oven would not support 300lbs. Our granite estimate was for the fabrication and install of an L shaped counter with backsplash and an island that was supposed to be 110 inches long and 3 feet wide. We changed the scope of work not to include the 4 inch granite backsplash and reduced the island length to 80 inches. The owner refused to reduce the price of the granite despite the ~9 square ft reduction in granite (not including backsplash). As our countertop has a 12 inch overhang on one side we had discussed bracing (industry standard) as part of install. We were quoted one price for install that included bracing on the estimate and then bracing was added additional charge on final bill. I had paid extra for ogee edging but it has chips along one side when they banged one edge during install (not enough labor to carry large/heavy piece of granite. We made several unsuccessful attempts to get the owner to reduce the price of the granite at an estimate of $102 per square ft, the cost savings should have been substantial. Each time she would agree, but would pad the bill with new charges that just so happened to negate any agreed upon reduction. They also never showed up remotely close to the agreed upon time. 4 hours after they were supposed to be at our house my husband ran into the crew shopping at Lowes. As we were using our own contractors for electrical and plumbing this created additional hassle with having to send our other contractors home and reschedule them for another time, which led to additional unplanned expenses and hassle on our end.
