Project: Install Drywall
I'd first hired a drywall contractor off of Craig's list (big mistake). The guy gave me a contract saying he would complete the project in 7 days, but after 5 weeks, it was clear that he didn't know what he was doing and was in over his head. On top of that, he required 50% of the payment up front, had me pay for the supplies and only showed up about once a week for a few hours at a time. After he was about 30% done, he asked for more money...which I refused. At that point, he quit showing up all together. Enter Brad Spitler to save the day. Brad gave me a quote and never budged from it, despite the fact that he had to find work-arounds for the multitude of mistakes made by the first "contractor". He was honest about his abilities and the timeframe he thought it would take to complete the project. Further, he never asked for a penny until he was nearly done. He showed up consistently, was friendly and willing to give a hand on other projects that were not a part of the deal. In short, he was the antithesis of the guy I hired off of Craig's list. Know that when you hire Brad, you're hiring a professional. You can bet he will be my first phone call when it comes time for our next home improvement project.

Mr Spitler did excellent work on our drywall repair. You can't even tell where the damage was and he was friendly and his rates are excellent. I will recommend Brad to others and will use him in the future.

Project: Install or Replace Interior Doors
He did trim and siding work. He always has a smile on his face and cleaned up thoroughly each day. Everybody seems to love this guy.
