Project: Install or Replace a Thermostat
Tony does not do unnecessary repairs. He will find what is wrong and address that. That has saved me money over the years.

Within 15 minutes of my request to service majic, Tony called me inquire about my situation. We talked about my needs and his business. He was about to come and give me an estimate and also do the work the same day. Although it took him to the next day to complete the job it was faster and more efficient than an earlier estimate I had received. I have since made 2 recommendations for Tony/Branthony HVAC. I am very pleased with his service.

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Branthony was excellent. His price to come out was MUCH less than what ARS quoted me. He was on time and fixed my problem quickly. I would highly recommend Branthony.

Words just can't describe how very appreciative and satisfied I was with Branthony's customer service. When I contacted Branthony, a.k.a, Tony, he returned my call immediately. I advised him of my situation and he stopped by the same day, although he was off duty for the day. I advised him of my continuous battle with my warranty co. to fix the problem and he gave me an honest assessment and also provided this info to me to pass on to my warranty co. It was this info that finally pushed them to agree on what the problem was and to provide me a check for the repairs. His prices, customer service, and professionalism, are exceptional! Shirl C.

I got in touch with Mr. Bennett at 8 am on a Friday morning, and he was here at my house at 8:30 am. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my second floor air conditioning unit within 45 minutes, and now it's working better than it's ever had before. He was very nice and explained to me in detail what the issue was and what I can do for maintenance to avoid future problems with the unit. It's amazing that someone of this calibur of professionalism is so readily available and happy to provide service with unbelievable turnaround time. Wish everyone can experience this level of professionalism. Thank you so much, Mr. Bennett!

The project was completed in a timely manner. My only complaint is that he was didn't show up on time and he didn't outline costs before the job was done.
Response by BranthonyHVAC: I don't remember this call! I have never been more then 30mins late and I always give a time window. I always give a price to the customer before I continue the work the only way I couldn't give a final price is if I had to charge a system with froen and I would have to see how much its going to take when I'm done
