Nice people. Did what they said they would. Some minor delays with installation, but we were kept 'in the loop'. The fence is beautiful, gates seem to work well. We would definitely use them again.

Excellent work. Did have some boards that warped - no fault of the installation. The owner came as soon as we called and replaced them with new ones at no cost to us. Very happy with the fence.

I waited a year to see if my concerns would subside or I was being overly picky. No. More issues this spring. For pushing $10k I would have hoped for a better end product. One vinyl post sinking about 4 down along about a 35 run Latch screw fell out - I repaired Vinyl gate adjusted three times, still sags at latch with no adjustment left and noticeably out of square on hinge side. Will have to move latch to make correct Black fence top rail not as good as wanted especially one area where post was cut short then to next post tried to compensate and top rail approx. 3 lower than gate Metal fence top rail had to direct them to adjust during install, twice after I pointed out the above which was completed during a separate time not much to do when post cut too short Two chain link gates out of square/level to fence top rail White fence runs downhill rather than level as requested (sides only; front is correct) Bottom rails sagging, even with the aluminum inside. Was led to believe sagging would not be an issue Reveal strips (vinyl fence) for panels not screwed in on parts of the job so as wind moves they push in thus panel is not 100% private One metal gate oxidizing in parts Metal strap on corner post was galvanized and just spray painted now all coming off Corner post rusting where it appears to have been damaged prior to installing Posts in driveway not centered in holes correctly, apparently measured first incorrectly thus the rest were off Chain gates screws rusting Major overcharge when settling up, corrected but just bad bookkeeping and time I should not have to have spent

I was pleased with the overall experience and value for my money. The fence turned out really well and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Bratton Brothers to my friends and family.

Price was impressive compared to other quotes I received. VERY professional people. Once the contract was signed, work was done within a week. Fence looks amazing. My dog and kids finally have a backyard to run around freely in. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a fence. There is no reason to look anywhere else.
