It's wonderful! I'm happy using him for many years!

RUN AWAY! The technician shorted the heap pump and blew up $1400 worth of circuits and electronics as I watch him do it. The company refused to even talk with me about the error and will not take my calls. I had to pay another HVAC company to repair the damage.

He was on time, attentive and got the job done when he said he would.

5.0 Gale B.

All i have to do is pick up the phone and he'll come right away to take care of it.

5.0 Jimmy W.

He was quick and reliable and got it right the first time.

During annual service of our AC/Heating system, which Bauer's had installed in 2010, the mechanic rigged the motor. After trying very hard for several days to get Mr. Bauer on the phone, he finally told us that we had to pay $500 for a replacement motor. The system ran very well before the service, so we did not see why we had to pay for bad work. We asked another company for an opinion and they immediately found out that the AC/Heating system was still under warranty. The cost for shipping the new motor was $100. We cannot see why the company did not tell us the system was still under warranty.

Quick response, and worked with me to meet with my house sitter in my stead while I was travelling. Very helpful working around my crazy schedule limitations. They also determined that my unit was still under warranty reducing repair costs for me. Only negative of my experience is that I had to initiate calls to learn more information and time lines for repair because I was not there initially.

Great work
